WORKOUT AT HOME

I started exercising at home long before the pandemic


It’s hard for me to go to the gym, I even have a gym at work, properly equipped and it’s close.
But, I gave up because I sweat a lot, I stay a long time to recover after training. Enough reasons to give up, plus I could catch a cold quite easily, the rheumatism being at home (in my body).
At home I work more modestly dressed, I change, I wash, I recover and I’m better, I feel more triumphant.
I also went through an operation that stopped my training for three months.
After three months I started working as at the beginning, without weights, without elastic bands, without tax bands.
But, I resisted, I continued, I realized why I have to work my abdomen more, not to exclude it from training, or to work it less often.

If you don’t get slapped on the face from life, you don’t realize what you’re missing the most. So, since then, I have decided that no training should include at least one abdominal exercise.
I think I like to exercise, sometimes in the form of physical work, but I do not lack fitness, I am, somehow habodnic. I can’t live without them, I fall into bed, I get sick easily, I have various pains, it’s not healthy to give them up.
I know, that many voices, upside down, less with me in front of me, say that I did performance sports and the faculty of physical education and that is a plus and that is why I continue.
Wrong, look at many athletes who have performed and who have left the sport as a movement, back. For various reasons, I don’t even want to hear them.
I say that this is the solution for me, this is my reason to go ahead – to exercise for my health.
Now that I’m exaggerating with some workouts and my muscles are developing nicely and harmoniously, it’s the feedback I get from the workouts I perform. From the pleasure of exercising anywhere, anyway, and with what I can.

Let me tell you what I do with my exercises, my “weapons” to kill the disease that sometimes wants to overwhelm me.
Blow under the belt, I have some elastic bands – very good and efficient, I stretch you and work muscles to the maximum; trx bands – especially good for pilates movements, you are finished after a workout done correctly; and … and .. surprise I made several bags (7, 12, 21 kg) of sand, stones and so on. These weights are the best solution I have found to not give up weights (dumbbells and dumbbells). If I gather them all in a bigger bag, they gather about 50 and a few kg, and I think they are heavier than a dumbbell and a dumbbell, for the grip is different, more difficult, and hangs harder.
In addition, I do not want to work with heavier weights because I am not going to perform and only have health benefits.
This was and is my solution to exercise at home and give up the gym. Besides, investing in me was minimal and useful.
Until I am no longer in this world, I will work, exercise, feel good because physical education is and will be a part of me and I will continue to train because that is what I consider to be the best. for me.

I don’t see a stronger motivation than health!

Massage with benefits

Because I can do massage, giving birth to this opportunity to have some “magical” hands made for massage.
In addition, over time I think I have acquired some senses, that is, after I touch a person I try to figure out where the pain comes from and what.
Most of the time I realize, I’m also wrong, because I’m a person between people.
It’s not a problem, because if I start massaging a person, I try to make him as efficient as possible and make that person feel as relaxed as possible.

The benefits of the massage I think most people know.
Relaxing, invigorating, soothing, and the list can go on with what the massage can do after it is performed properly, not just like the book and for the good of the person you are performing.
I had two colleagues with different pains; one had a brachial biceps extension with insertion on the forearm muscle and neck pain with trapezius muscle tension.
I applied relaxation and toning massage on the forearm and biceps to the one with the brachial biceps stretch, although the stretch is not massaged until after a few days of rest, the colleague did not rest from work in the yard. where he lives and the muscle was not relaxed at all, on the contrary, he tensed more and more and the pain intensified. But I don’t know when he had this pain, because he didn’t know what happened.
So, going over the advice of the orthopedist, which my colleague did not have, I tried to relax the muscle along its length, first on the forearm, then, after it relaxed on the forearm, I switched to the brachial biceps.
After feeling the muscle begin to recover, I tried stretching, contracting, and relaxing the edges of my arms and forearms.
I felt at peace with myself and, I can say, happy because the success was maximum. The pain was reduced to a minimum, non-existent after the massage and movements and, most importantly, the colleague was satisfied and satisfied.
The second massage was done on the neck muscles and trapeze for relaxation. He was very tense, his colleague had stayed too long at the office and with his back to the air conditioner, which had caused him to tense the muscles surrounding the cervical spine.
I performed a normal massage, without complications and other maneuvers, the relaxation occurred quite quickly. No additional massage was needed.
In other words, you can do good to those who turn to you in any way. You can find different beneficial solutions that benefit both parties.
In this case, massage and chemotherapy movements were the solutions to relieve pain.
We find solutions for most things, it is important to find them in time and suitable for the person who needs them.

What workout would be good?

What we believe and can do better in a workout is what sport you want, is that without a good warm-up you can’t start doing good physical exercises for what we want to train.

I think that warming up prepares you for intense, penetrating effort and that, in turn, warming up can be a good workout, even if it is at the beginning and tries to kill a part of your body, sometimes put to the test.

The warm-up, as it is known, must begin with the warm-up of the neck, followed by shoulders, arms, torso and at the end, many, insist on the legs.

For some sports, it is really necessary.

The basis of training is warming up, even during training, before performing the exercise we do some warm-up movements because if we do not we can not prevent injuries, which, even for some exercises that may seem trivial, you can get injured.

After I stopped performing,

I focused more on fitness at home, in the woods, in the park, not just at the gym.

So I’m going to talk more about fitness.

In trivial push-ups, before performing them (60-100 repetitions) you have to do some rotations of the arms, torso, so the pain in the shoulders, arms, spine can appear instantly and can turn into muscle tension for example.

In the abdomen, the neck and lower hips should be warmed, mainly cervical spine pain should be avoided.

The list goes on and on, depending on the goal, condition, and coach.

But, the efficiency of training with exercises based on the sport you practice is warming up, without it it’s ‘painful’!

And the performance training, especially, must be done with many repetitions, with many phases that must turn out very well to excellent, for the competition to be excellent to satisfactory. Rehearsals are about who is training and who is training.

But, it works well anyway because our body has unconsumed resources and releases many hormones that lead to unprecedented states of self-satisfaction than in your soul.

Train like the last hour, the last minute, the last second of your life, and everything you do will be executed as you transmit to the cerebral cortex as you feel.

I thought it would be nice if I had a few about me, about what I was, about what I want to do and what I’m already doing.


I did performance sports from 10 years to 20 years, which was an extraordinary period. With ups and downs, that period of 10 years was great. Many competitions, I won, but I also lost.
I think the sport is about that, to learn to lose, even if you don’t like it, you learn!
I studied physical education and sports in the country’s capital, Bucharest, to learn more about sports and so it was. When I was learning about stretching and brainstorming, others didn’t even know what it was about, just after I finished college, at 2-3 years old, after I finished I heard on TV talking about something like that.
Also from college, I know how to recover bodies after exertion, that is physiotherapy.
I found out in time that I am a good masseur and that after performing the massage the person feels good, but I did a lot of massages to find out, I think I had a craft, that’s how my gene is, with that in my blood I was born.
So, I did the FEFS to be a good Greco-Roman wrestling coach and I would make a very good children’s team. As a parenthesis, I had already started, in the 11th grade, to follow the coach and the physical education teacher from the school, in order to learn movements from them, to see what is good to apply and what is not.
I failed because of the system we maintain, it made me give up and give up coaching and being a physical education teacher.
But, I trained a few people who wanted to feel good in their skin and I managed to make them feel right.
Later I did a postgraduate course as a nutritionist technician. I had this opportunity and I thought it would be good to gain new knowledge because I was asked quite often – “What do I eat so that I do not gain weight or lose weight?”
I knew what to answer them, but I thought of doing it officially, with a diploma, because it’s more attractive to have a diploma!
In fact, the answer was “What do you like to eat!”, For that, I didn’t need a diploma because everyone gets stuck and doesn’t know what to answer.
Going through all this, now, I work somewhere where I can help people (who deserve it) and in my free time (which I have), I do fitness training at home, I work at a country house, I like to build various things, to work the earth and many other things that you will discover in time.
I wanted to talk about these things because they are part of me and me, plus I don’t really open my mouth to talk, and a a few of my friends said “I think too much and talk too little.” What to do, that’s it and I’m moving forward.
