I came out like a rooster!

From the bedroom!

I hear only:
– “What did you sweat like that?”
– “Wash and change, immediately!”.
I complied! I was going to the bathroom!
That’s why I came out of the bedroom!
My pride!
Completing the execution of the exercises!

Unread on my face!
Training, simple:
– pushups;
– sit-ups.
10 series in decline.
Only is, 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.
Finished at 3:24.
I wasn’t finished!? !!
Rested a little!
Drank water!

Stand in the armchair!
Thinking in passing … of nothing!

– pushups;
– sit-ups.
Same repetitions: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.
10 sets, 55 repetitions per exercise.
Finished at 5:04.
It was rough yesterday.

Pleasant homemade, outside, park, forest!
