A BIT OF MOTIVATION

- sandbag biceps curl

- sit-ups
Daily training routine…
4 rounds of 15 repetitions per exercise.
Training completed in 35 minutes.
I think it lasted a minute because of laziness…
Yesterday’s lasted a little over a minute.
In the end, the chest looks different.
He was swollen.
Painful in some parts.
Maximum pumped biceps.
Like a little high as usual.
The abdomen has closed.
Fatiguing sit-ups.

Happy as I feel inside.
