Feet day!
The hardest day.
I agree to work my legs …
Just I’m part of the body.
I am helped by them in various matters.
I wouldn’t do leg training.
It’s exhausting.
The combination of exercises is perfect.
To train without long breaks.
It’s genius!

How many leg workouts …
I’ve been doing it lately.
I had no pain in my knee joints.
This going down the stairs.
Eight floors!
It wasn’t the third floor that I warmed up.
For walking.
I usually had a speed walking.
Today I just moved.
This is nothing new to me.
I suffered even worse.

I went to the gym.
Many years ago.


I performed about 6-7 sets of knee bends.
With increasing weight in each round.
In the series, I think I weighed around 120 kg.
I was going to resume for a week.
Two steps forward, 3 steps back.
My wife asks me:

  • “What’s going on, Sorine?”
  • ” Did something happen to you?”
    Knowing I’m going fast.
    And she was waiting for me to reach her!
    If I let myself squat.
    I didn’t get up without help.
    It was the worst muscle fever.
    Ever had feet.
    Now I laugh I think about it!

  • goblet squat
  • deadlift
  • Hindu pushups
  • reverse lunges
  • kettle sumo squat
  • prone jacks
    pause 30 seconds
    resume the above exercises
    -hip thrust
  • isometric hip thrust left
  • isometric hip thrust right
  • plyo squat
    pause 30 seconds
    The above exercises are repeated
  • curtsy lunges
  • bald raises
  • bicycle kick
  • sum deadlift
  • static foot lunges left
  • static foot lunges right
  • run high knees
    pause 30 seconds
    The above exercises are repeated
  • weight leg ext left
  • weight lefext right
  • sumo pulse
  • jumping jacks
    pause 30 seconds
    The above exercises are repeated
    Worked 30 seconds.
    Pause between exercises of 5 seconds
    Finished in 30:09 minutes.
    The fun didn’t end here.
    I continued with cardio.
    I was very tired.
    From previous training.
    I thought I should stick to the habit.
    I drank some water.
    We were already breathing very badly.
    I adjusted my breathing.
    I switched to cardio.

  • curtsy lunges x 40 reps
  • running in place x 45 seconds
  • pushups & rotations x 16 reps
  • mountain climbers x 66 reps
  • jump squat x 40 reps

  • plank x 60 seconds
  • curtsy lunges x 40 reps
  • reverse crunch x 40 reps
  • mountain climbers x 66 reps
  • reverse crunch x 40 reps
  • pushups with staggered hands x 16 reps
  • climb on the bench x 65 reps
  • lunge back with the right kick x 40 reps
  • lunge back with left foot kick x 40 reps
  • running in place x 45 seconds
  • climb on a sack x 66 reps
  • Hindu pushups x 15 reps
  • plank x 55 seconds
    Finished in 34:12 minutes.
    High energy consumption.

  • I squeezed the T-shirt and the apron.
    A lot of sweat that flooded me.
    I’m not crying.
    Now I need a lot of rest.
    I did a hard workout.
    For today it was more we hoped.
    “Tomorrow will be worse!”

    Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
