I was weak on deltoids!

Pushed from the nape of the neck.

From the front …

I struggled.

Less side flutter!

Some time ago …

On the side fly raise,.

Weighing almost 20 kg …

I had an accident!

I forced …

The nerve got caught in the joint!

And the left one was bleak!

I couldn’t hold my fingernail in my hand!

Didn’t cut my nails on the right for 2 weeks!

I started by clenching my fist …

Was doing exercises.

With the money elastic or to catch my hair!

With a lot of exercises,

I recovered!

Lately the exercise …

I performed them with low weights!

Or with an elastic band!

I’m talking about this exercise …

I did it this morning.

Several repetitions …

Surprising …

Not too big!

The weights I have …

Not being made of iron …

An awkward grip!

The weight I feel …

It seems much more 13 kg!

I’m tired!

Glad I finished the number of repetitions!

No time to give up!

Easy, hard work!

I will end up doing.

Side weights with heavyweights!

I have to evolve!

To develop strength in the arms.

Today’s exercises:

14 x overhead squats;

– 8 x pushups jacks;

– bench press x 14;

– 14 x lateral raises;

– 14 x back fly;

– 8 x KB one arm sit-ups.

Finished in 14:04 minutes.

Consumed 160 kcal.

I didn’t think it could be …

The exercise I’ve been doing.

I don’t think rehearsals.
