Training completed in one hour and 9 minutes.
It took a long time to finish the training.
I was NOT as demented as the previous one.
These exercises can be performed by anyone and anywhere.
NOT equal to the iron in the gym?
The inequality between them is easily detectable.
Visible development will come!
It is important endlessly.
Do not give back.
Continuing training is a discipline that you must not give up.
