- rengade row, renegade front raise right
- weighted glutes bridge with butterfly
- frog leg press with glutes bridge
- hammer pullover, chest fly, press crunch left
- hammer pullover, chest fly, press crunch right
- unever pushups with downward dog stretch left
- unever pushups with downward dog stretch right
- triceps tate press with chest press left
- triceps tate press with chest press right
Worked 40 seconds, pause 10 seconds.
No sets, meaning one set.
Training completed in 24:06 minutes.
