  • seated calf raise 4 sets x 15 reps

CARDIO

  • mountain climbers 4 sets x 39 secs
  • butt kicks 4 sets x 30 secs
  • boxer shuffle 4 sets x 30 secs
  • bird dog 4 sets x 30 reps

The training lasted one hour 33 minutes and 26 seconds.
A little too much!
