There was a slight chill in the house.

I woke up with a headache.
My sinuses felt swollen.
The cervical spine seemed.

    pause 30 seconds
    resume 6 exercises
  • 4 P donkey kick left
  • 4 P donkey right
  • sumo prance
  • sccisor hop
  • kettle sumo squats
  • reverse hyper
  • isometric lunges left
  • isometric lunges right
    pause 30 seconds
    resume 8 exercises
  • glutes crucifix
  • plyo squats
  • diamond run

Work 30 seconds.
Pause for 5 seconds.
Finished 29:46 minutes.

Water dripped from my forehead.
I had just come out of the shower.
Had taken a shower.

In my panties and T-shirt.
Didn’t feel very comfortable.
How to stop here.
Not really ….
I had room for other workouts.
Why not?
How can I be quiet just about that?
30 minutes of leg training …
Not enough?

I combined some exercises …
Was thinking of simple cardio!
I changed my mind immediately!
Wasn’t moving anyway!
Using my “kettlebell” …
Made of stones and a rustic bag!
Classic workouts are good.
I’m not always happy with them.
I love the combinations.
3 rounds consisting of:

  • 9 x inclined pushups
  • 24 x high knee
  • 10 x kb reverse lunges
  • 10 x two hand overhead kb press

Finished in 5:16 minutes.

Bad for this workout.
I didn’t need more.
I went through a lot of pain.
Helped by good exercises.

Almost forgot!
The neighbors went crazy.
They need medication from a psychiatrist!
Or they are very insensitive.
The beginning of the work in the kitchen was …
At 6:00 in the morning!
Robots roaring, cutlery falling to the ground.
It’s hot …
That was just the smell!
The walls are made of brick!
The neighbor’s kitchen.

Is next to the bedroom.
How happy I am sometimes!
I’m going to heaven!
Much joy.
Maybe I’ll get divine help …
Let’s move house!
God has divine power.
Chances are I’ll raise money …

We are happy with what we are!

Passed!
Continue without pain!
