EMOM:

  • hang snatch x 5 reps;

shoulder-to-overhead x 5 reps.

An exercise is done in a minute.

You do the five repetitions in 20 seconds.

The rest is a break.

Whatever weight you use.

You have a break.

I’m not saying that snatch trains all the important muscles.

None escape.

At power snatch …

The quadriceps acts less.

Puts the biceps femoris to work.

Insertion of the knee of the ligament.

A pleasure to exercise.
