– resistance band triceps extension rotation, lying;

– sandbag triceps kick back;

– sandbag triceps extension, lying – overhead grip.

I worked 3 rounds of 35 seconds each.

Breaks between repetitions for about 10 seconds.

I finished training in 20 minutes.
