Running, walking, football, tennis, volleyball!
All games are exercises.

Motor skills, ambidexterity, dexterity.

  • jump squat x 35 reps
  • reverse crunch x 40 reps
  • pushup in declined plan x 10 reps
  • squat with one foot in the back (left) x 40 reps
  • plank x 60 seconds
  • squat with one foot in the back (right) x 40 reps
  • wide pushup x 12 reps
  • bridge one leg x 50 reps
  • Hindu pushup x 12 reps
  • running place x 35 reps
  • plank x 40 seconds
    Finished in 10:23 seconds. Consumed 134 kcal, at the moment.
    I’m going to take some steps outside.
