– lunges courtesy x 40 reps;
– pushup with staggered hands x 11 reps;
– bridge with one leg x 46 reps;
running place x 35 seconds;
– side plank left x 45 seconds;
– isometric squat with the back to the wall x 50 seconds;
– side plank right x 45 seconds.
Finished in 11:23 minutes.
Consumed 141 kcal.
Washed, shaved, waxed!
Dressed off to work!
On the way to work!
I went!
0.66 km route!
1200 steps!
Total consumed 1044 cal.
