What we can’t do.
Do not immunize ourselves in any way.
The respiratory virus is everywhere!
Early fall!
Sudden changes in temperature.
Not long ago it was normal!
Not now!
There are enough immunization drugs!
Not properly informed!
We were arguing with each other!
Don’t get vaccinated.
“We don’t want to be guinea pigs!”
There are other immunizers!
Them as much we can!
We don’t exercise!
Is difficult!
I have no time.
No breathing exercises.
We do not.
It would release the lungs.
Breathing would be deep!
The brain is oxygenated!
It transmits good things to all organs.

I don’t like breaks between exercises!
A break of no more 16 seconds is enough!
I don’t lengthen it to 30 seconds!
It doesn’t characterize me!
It’s my pre-pandemic immunization!
Continue to old age!
How not exercise?
I have many benefits!
It strengthens me physically, mentally!
Important part!
Everything starts from the cortex!
It spreads all over the body like a spider’s web!

Today’s exercises:
- dips triceps x 10 reps
- squat with jump x 30 reps
- rotate pushup x 12 reps
- russian twist x 36 reps
- pushup with staggered hands x 11 reps
- back kick with right foot kick x 35 reps
- back kick with left foot kick x 35 reps
- running in place x 30 seconds
- bridge x 40 seconds
- side plank left x 40 seconds
- side plank right x 40 seconds
Finished in 10:40 minutes.
Consumed 128 calories.
Good thing there was only one series!
At the second I was giving up my spirit!
Sounds easy!
Executively, we’re talking!
After you finish!
I’m not saying how much it puts you to work!
How much it forces you to breathe!
Performed daily aerates the lungs!
It’s a natural immunization!

- tabletop crunch
- stir the pot
- pilates hundred
- tucks (vertical hold)
- table top crunch
- resistance tuck
- scissor kick
- oblique crunch
- pullover crunch
- crunch
- vertical bar crunch
Work 60 seconds, break 20 seconds.
2-3 sets per exercise.
Finished in 49 minutes.
Success on all levels of the body!
Hot shower.
Pleasant rest!
Peace of mind.
Mentally relieved of stress at work!
Woken up!
A delicious meal at lunch!
How not to think positively?
What reasons do you have not to continue.
Much negativity.
Opposition, gossip, judge!

What is good for you!
I’m not doing anything for them!
Schools did more a shepherd!
