  • pushup on one leg x 12 reps

  • diamond pushup x 11 reps
  • lunge x 40 reps
  • side plank left x 50 seconds
  • side plank right x 50 seconds
    Duration 16:28.
    Consumed 201 kcal.
    These are wonderful exercises.

    Finished in 47 minutes.

    Two workouts are done almost daily.
