Without staying at all.
Rest yesterday!
Active I can say.
Being Sunday.
Home with your wife!
I went for a walk around noon!
We went to the country house!
In return ….


I stopped at the supermarket!
Lots of shopping …
I filled the basket!
“I’m sick!”
“I’m about to fall off my feet!”
“I’ve had all the dizziness in the world!”
It no longer matters!
Entered the house …
I had lunch with my wife!
I sat down in bed!
Was hit by a 2-hour sleep …
I couldn’t stop him …
Only I woke up!
In grandma’s form!
Ready for the night shift …

  • abs rollout + side knee drop
  • isometric inverted row
  • grandfather clock + russian twist
  • isometric hammer press
  • under press + standing / shoulder press
  • isometric BOF squats
  • suspended dip + barbarian squats
  • isometric front delts raises
  • static feet lunges + deadlifts
  • isometric triceps dip
  • calves raises + squats calves raises
  • isometric squats (reverse triceps)
  • suspended biceps curl + hammer curl
  • foldover posterior stretch
  • spleet stretch (w / froward leap)
  • static lunges stretch left
  • static lunges stretch right
  • chest stretch static
    Worked on the superset for 45 seconds.
    On isometry / exercise 45 seconds.
    Pause 20 seconds.
    Finished in one hour seventeen minutes and twenty seconds.
    The first exercise is performed at TRX.
    Second with weight plate.
    A total strength training.
    Some isometry exercises …
    Which means the muscle was suspended …
    A lot of effort.
    Consuming the 1000 calories is safe.
    Relaxation guaranteed.
    You can only say:
