EMOM – 10 minutes:
– power clean x 1 rep;
– hang squat clean x 1 rep;
– jerk x 1 rep.

Sweating, I didn’t!
Muscle pain, not even!
I moved on to the next one.
AMRAP – 8 minutes:
– thruster x 7 reps;
– sumo deadlift high pull x 10 reps.
Finished in 5 rounds.
Very heavy !!!
This day …
I was sweating.
Breathing became heavy …
Now I was satisfied!
I could start a new day.
With me in the lead!
Resisting all the whims of colleagues!
Psychically, crossfit trains you.
Nerves become strong!
It trains you!
Shooting hard at a short workout!
Strong, choosing the right weights!
You won’t feel like other bullies anymore!
