  • elastic band row
  • sandbag row – underhand grip, wide grip
  • Standing row elastic band
  • sandbag row – stop at the end of the movement

  • Triceps exercises
  • sandbag triceps extension standing
  • sandbag triceps extension seated
  • elastic band triceps extension, standing, one arm
  • sandbag triceps kickback, standing

Worked 35 seconds, break between 10 and 20 seconds.
Finished between 16 and 20 minutes.

Training is effective.
I feel pretty pumped and good with myself.
That’s why I like to train in the morning.
I stay in bed for an hour to recover.
It makes me very tired.
It wasn’t like that.

The training lasted about 10 minutes.
It doesn’t seem to end.
There were 10 fire minds and debris.

I rested.
Not the hour.
I had to get out of business.
The “madman” won’t let me get off the elevator.
I went down 8 floors.
I roamed the city long and wide.
Far, I have chosen 7,000 steps.
The day is not over.
I’m about to give up.
