LIGHT CARDIO

Someone in my head told me to try “Light Cardio”! What am I losing?

5 minutes in the morning!

What to do?

This is a daily ROUTINE!

I’m set on something like that!

The biological clock says: I’m fine or not!

Move too much!

I fall asleep early! I’m not moving enough!

Early in the morning with cardio!
