Wow, “square abs”!
The dream of many people!
Others dream of having abs, just dreaming!
Others work, shoot hard at the gym, at home, where they can!
Some bodies can’t sustain daily abs work!
The alternation of different muscle groups leads to well-formed abs.
Let’s not forget that every ab is different.
None is the same!
Everybody is defective, it reacts differently!
Abs worked with weights will swell and look like they are bloated, eaten a lot, fat!
Worked without weights can look the same to many people.
Not everyone is lucky to have magazine abs! Thinking about health and physical work, abs must be worked hard, anyway, anywhere.
The inside wall of the abs can be fragile, it will give way, it will have to be operated and sewn. Considering all this.
I decided to work abs, not core, for some time, once or twice a week!
Those days are when I go to work in the morning! I like to exercise in the morning.
I set my tone, I feel good, full of optimism, pessimism is everywhere!
This morning I did the following physical exercises:

- Abs tuck
- Side plank – R
- Side plank – L
- Frog leg crunch
- Frog leg bridge
- Half jackknife – R
- Half jackknife – L
- Glute bridge
- Abs rollover
- Side knee drop
- Pulse crunch
- Standing oblique tilt
Worked 45 seconds with a 15 second break, finished in 14 minutes and a bit!

It is important to be insistent not to forget it!
As I forget the buttocks, the sides of the abs. Careless with these groups!
Now I work absolutely all muscle groups, every muscle band!
Is much better.
My abs are “bulging”, swollen, fat!
I can rely on it for heavy lifting.
I bent my legs working them, I squared my abs!
I shine my abs a lot because I had problems with it! Before, I “killed” him a little, not out of the ordinary, not from several angles.
I am aware that I may not forget it, it does not help much.
Abs also works on other muscle groups.
Abs work not because you have to lose weight and because you have to be healthy and helped by it! Help your abs be helped!
