  • russian twist x 36 reps
  • climb on the chair x 35 reps
  • lunge back with left foot kick x 35 reps
  • side plank right x 35 seconds
    Finished in 9:44 minutes
    Consumed, relatively, 119 calories.
    The body has learned.
    With such workouts!
    Without any utensils!
    Continue with them for a stretch.
