- lowers to a position in which the torso ;
- is erect and the knees are deeply;
- bent and rises;
- to an upright position
I was in shape!
Comparative to yesterday!
I meditated a lot yesterday!
I took a few steps outside!
In the evening.
I went to the monastery!
I prayed with my wife!
Felt like I needed something like that!
Pressing the psyche!
Everything around me.
Pisses me off!
The soul feels full of hatred!
Contained many oppressive weights.
Weights I don’t have!
I have been.
Praying to God for a few days!
Possibly something occult!
I do not think!
I strongly believe in God!
That heals me!
Prayer, as I do!
Worship the good God!
It’s a deity!
I know from experience that …
Faith moves mountains.
I strongly believe that fitness training.
It heals my body and mind!
Power comes from within!
Today leg training.
Made with elastic bands.
Tied to the broomstick!
It was a success!
Thanks for a restful sleep!
An evening full of cakes!
UPS!
I ate cake, mini-clergy!
Wrong!
Not at all!
How much energy I emit!
How many calories do I burn!
Through training!

- squat & calves raise
- snatch squat
- alternate courtesy lunges
- pranceses
- static lunges
- lunges altermates
- legs curl
- knee raise (clam)
- stiff side leg raise
- vertical leg raise
- bald raises
2/3 series of 60 seconds each.
Pause 20 seconds.
Finished in 49 minutes.
It was an indescribable peace of mind!
Mild muscle pain. - In the buttocks muscles!
Or force the snatch squat!
I felt the quadriceps . - Work at the vertex raise.
That was the balance of this workout!
The second part . - Worked without any weight.
How I started to like it.
For a stint!
My body feels that it is training well!
I started to do the exercises!
Very well!
Think I can now run 2000 meters quietly!
Don’t like to run!
Have nothing to prove!
Will not do such a thing!
Continue with cardio at home!
Where my psyche accepts!
Exercises : - knee pushup x 12 reps
- crunches x 12 reps
- running in place x 30 seconds
- triceps dips x 12 reps
- jumping jacks x 30 seconds
- side plank left x 35 seconds
- reverse crunch x 35 reps
- russian twist x 36 reps
- climb on the chair x 35 reps
- lunge back with left foot kick x 35 reps
- side plank right x 35 seconds
Finished in 9:44 minutes
Consumed, relatively, 119 calories.
The body has learned.
With such workouts!
Without any utensils!
Continue with them for a stretch.
They are quite simple!
Same time very demanding!
Help me compete with myself!
To finish faster I intended!
